Back to work... or so I thought

I didn't return home from Bucharest until about 1:15am this morning. When I arrived a sleep-walking Delia asked if I would be going to work today and I told her that was my intention; however, I woke up about 6:15am and couldn't see myself jumping out of bed in 75 more minutes so I turned off the alarm clock. Delia was so sweet and left a note for me before she left. She returned home to pick me up around 12:15pm... just in time for lunch at the school. Do I have great timing or what? We had chorba de perisoare (not to be confused with picioare) and mamaliga cu branza. I helped Delia set up for the next class then I sat with the teacher's in their lounge. They were very excited about the new computer and printer that had been purchased by One Heart Church for their use. We watched the DVD of the Mother's Day program from 7 March. It was beautiful and I will bring a copy home with me.
Delia went to the pharmacy with me to make sure the pharmacist and I understood each other. I received two different meds and am hoping to kick this crud out ASAP.
Poliana, one of my translators, and I walked to PC 3/4 after school and continued to witness to the one young man that is seeking. He read the book of 1st John, as I had suggested, and said he believed what he read but still had questions. During this time we were continually interrupted by another young man that initially presented himself as a "true" believer in Jesus Christ as his personal Savior, but he kept making references to teachings and superstitions of the Orthodox religion. Please pray that his tongue will be controlled and he does not prevent me from sharing with those who desire to hear/know/understand the Word. On a lighter note, while there the first young man offered me something to eat and I politely refused and told him I was still full from lunch because I had eatern mamaliga and chorba de picioare. As soon as I said it we all started laughing hysterically because in my haste I had mixed up my words. I meant to say chorba de perisoare, which is meatball soup, but instead I had announced to everyone that I had eaten leg (human leg) soup. They thought that was hilarious and couldn't understand how I could make that mistake. Oh well. Such is life when learning a new language.
Emanuel and Delia picked me up from PC 3/4 at 6:15pm and we went to have dinner at the Precept Ministry Center in Suduc. Their father is the Eur-Asian Director of Precept Ministries and a team from the US has been conducting a pastor's conference there for the past week. That US team leaves Romania tomorrow. They wll be spending time tomorrow morning in Timisorara before heading to Munich for the day on their way back to the states.
This was an early evening for us (9:15pm). Tomorrow I will be teaching at GCS in the morning and hope to return to PC 3/4 in the afternoon. Afterwards I will attend a prayer meeting in town.
