Dean, Tom and I were so eager to meet the OHC large team at the airport.  On the way there I made a sign to welcome them as they arrived.  Unfortunately, the church van that we were riding in developed issues with the right front wheel and we had to pull over.  We were stranded for over an hour and never made it to the airport.  As a matter of fact, the bus pulled over and picked us up on the side of the road while they were on their way to Lugoj!  Everyone seems to happy and excited to be here, but they are so very tired.

After checking into the hotel, we had approximately an hour to unpack and then walked over to Biserica Harul to set up our classes for VBS.  We had dinner at 5:00pm (supa, paine, pui si cartofi - soup, bread, chicken and mashed potatoes) and attended a worship service at 6:00pm.  The service was beautiful and commemorated the resurrection of Jesus the Christ.  We had a brief team meeting and were dismissed since we have a big day ahead of us.

Delia and Emanuel said that we could continue to stay in their home, but we belong with the team at the Hotel Dacia.  I will miss them.  They were great hosts and have such servant's hearts and love the Lord and the orphans.
